Anglo French Properties Ltd has 17 holiday houses in its portfolio, all located in the south or south west of France, and all sleeping 6 or more in great comfort.

Each house has its own distinctive architecture and character, reflecting the countryside in which it is situated, and standing in its own grounds, sometimes of considerable extent.

The 5 properties in the south west are in the Lot-et-Garonne, the Gers and the Dordogne, particularly beautiful parts of rural France.

The 12 vacation houses in the south (3 are on the Côte d'Azur) are built in the Provençal style. Their large, airy rooms and shady terraces ensure that they are well adapted to the Mediterranean climate of this stunning region.

Having said this, there are many important features which our properties share. For instance:-

  • With the exception of "La Ferrage" (a town house), all our villas have wonderful views, usually over totally unspoilt countryside.
  • Most houses have extensive grounds, whilst each has its own swimming pool, and 3 have a tennis court.
  • Comfortable, well furnished living rooms.
  • Well-appointed bedrooms, most with en-suite bathrooms.
  • Fully-equipped, modern kitchens.
  • A caretaker and a cleaning lady (often the same person), plus someone to look after the pool and grounds. If required, and given sufficient notice, a cook and/or a babysitter can usually be provided.
