Anglo French Properties has a carefully chosen portfolio of Villas, Country Houses and Châteaux. All are located in the South West of France from the Dordogne south to The Pyrenees and in The South of France across Provence and on The Cote D’Azur. All our luxury holiday properties have immense charm and character, including French Country Houses and Châteaux which date back several hundred years and which have been beautifully restored and renovated with great sensitivity and flair. All sleep a minimum of 6 in great comfort and the majority sleep 10 or more. The largest accommodate 22 in comfort. Each luxury Villa or French country house is beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standards, ranging from modern kitchens and en-suite bathrooms, to satellite televisions and Broadband/Wireless internet access. Every holiday villa has been personally inspected and hand-picked by Anglo French Properties to ensure a number of key features, including the following:

• Luxury accommodation – comfortable, well furnished living rooms, fully-equipped, modern kitchens and well-appointed bedrooms, mostly with en-suite bathrooms or shower-rooms.
• Gardens and swimming pools – all have a private swimming pool and all are set in a well-maintained gardens and grounds.
• Views – all have wonderful views, many in spectacular locations looking over totally unspoilt countryside.
• Caretakers and cleaning – all the French villas and houses include several hours cleaning per week within the rent, plus someone to look after the pool and grounds. In some cases there is a resident gardien or staff living separately.
• A cook or professional chef for one or more dinners and/or lunches can be arranged.
• Many properties have a tennis court
• In all cases there is much to do, see and enjoy locally. We provide information for each property on a vast range of activities, sights and events of interest that could appeal locally.
