This Agreement is between Anglo French Properties Ltd of 71 Walton Street, London SW3 2HT, England (referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "ourselves" in these Terms) and the visitor to our website (referred to as "you" or "your").

You may use our website provided that you agree to these Terms of Use, and by doing so, you will be deemed to have accepted them. However, you must not use it should you not agree to them.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use by posting any such changes on our website. Such alterations will be effective immediately they have been posted.
Bookings
We act as rental agents for the owners whose properties we describe on our website and in any other material with which we may supply you. Any booking made through us will give rise to a Contract between yourself and the owner of the relevant property.
The terms of this Contract, including those relating both to payment and to cancellation, will be set out in your Lease which we shall mail to you as and when your booking has been confirmed by the owner.
Warranties
Whilst we have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee that this is so, and we cannot therefore give any warranty (or anything of a similar nature, express or implied) relating to information either on our website or on any site to which it is linked.
Furthermore, we do not warrant that our website is free of error, nor that either it or our Server is free of computer viruses or any other harmful applications.
However, none of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

From time to time we may provide links to other websites. It should be stressed that any such linked sites are not under our control, and we are not, therefore, responsible for their contents. All such links are provided for your convenience, and do not imply our endorsement of any site, or any association with its operators.

You will appreciate that we need to gather some personal information when you use our services, the details of which are set out in our Enquiries and Bookings Form on our website. This information is obtained lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988, and is requested by us in order to provide you with details about available accomodation, and subsequently perhaps, to make a booking on your behalf.
Whilst we may use any such information for our own marketing purposes, we undertake not to sell it, nor to make it available nor otherwise distribute it to any third party except for the purposes as set out above, or where disclosure is required by law.
Please contact us should you wish to know what information that we have gathered about you. Unless you specifically ask us to mail such information to you (and have provided us with your postal address), we shall e-mail it to the address that we have on file for you.
Should you request us to do so, we shall remove or amend any personal information that we hold on our Database about you.
Limitation of Liability
In the case of a person using our website, we shall not be liable for:
- Losses which were not foreseeable either by you or by ourselves when we provided you with information, or booked accomodation on your behalf.
- Losses which were caused by anything other than breach of contract or breach of duty on our part.
- Neither of these clauses applies to any liability for injury to or death of any person (for which no limit applies within the jurisdiction of England and Wales), nor does either affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Entering our website means that you agree that these clauses are reasonable, and that they reflect the nature of a website. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Provided that the Contract is capable of continuing in force without it, any term that is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.
