Three of the properties are located in the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne. Agen is the main city in the area and is home to 33 impressive protected buildings and monuments. The city has a fantastic history dating back to the pre-Roman era. It is also well located, situated between Bordeaux and Toulouse.

Dordogne is a very popular destination, particularly amongst the aforementioned food lovers. Perigueux sits on the site of a Roman city that flourished in its heyday. As a result there are more than 40 monuments and protected buildings in the area.

Sarlat-la-Caneda is another beautiful destination in Dordogne, situated under 70km from Perigueux. The town has even more historical monuments with 77 and played an important role in the Renaissance. The Old Town is also on the tentative UNESCO list.

Cahors in the Lot is another incredible destination, particularly for history lovers. There are 120 buildings listed as historical monuments in the city. It was during the Roman occupation that the area became known for producing wine and linen.
