Villa Torre
Villa Torre is a stunning villa rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval tower integral to the defence of the area. It is almost impossible to find a view as enthralling as the wooded valley below Torre.
The infinity pool and the spectacular roof terrace offer stunning and unforgettable panoramic views. There are three bedrooms, each individually decorated in warm, typically Italian colours with over sized beds, and elegant living room with an open fireplace.
The combination of the style and the position of this Villa are exceptional.
Accommodation
The main building consists of the restored defensive tower, which is square with the dining room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the floors above. Adjoining the defensive tower is a rectangular building with the kitchen living room and Bedroom 1 all on the ground floor.
Ground Floor
The Dining room has three doors to the outside, making it a very light room. It has tables that can be joined or separated to seat 8.
The dining room leads into the Living room - which has two long comfortable sofas, a couple of arm chars around an open stone fireplace.
Kitchen – a well equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room.
Bedroom 1 – This bedroom is accessed through the large sitting room, but it does also have direct access outside via its outdoor seating area. It has a kingsized bed and its own en-suite Bathroom 1, which has a bath tub with built in shower, a WC and wash basin.

First Floor
The stairs lead up the defensive tower from the dining room to Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 2 is a fun childrens room with two double bunk beds forming 4 single beds. It has its own en-suite Bathroom 2 with a shower, wash basin and WC.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3 is at the top of the old defensive tower with breathtaking views in multiple directions. It has a kingsize double bed, and its own en-suite Bathroom 3, with a shower, washbasin and WC. This bedroom also has steps up to the Roof Terrace, which is a solarium with comfortable seating to enjoy the outstanding views and sky at night.
Garden & Grounds
Given the defensive position of the tower, from a strategic point of view, it is no surprise that the views from this Villa are beyond incredible. Given its elevated position, the villa is often above the clouds giving wonderful effects in the valleys below, particulary in the early mornings and evenings. The Villa is set in a charming fenced and landscaped garden, on a cleared hilltop and is surrounded by manicured lawns.
There is a pergoda attached to the Villa outside the living room, which covers an outdoor wooden dining table seating 8 on wooden and metal chairs. This is positioned to enjoy the view as the sun sets over the valleys of Umbria below. On this same terrace, there is an outdoor seating area, with comfortable arm chairs and a coffee table.
There is circular dining table on a terracotta terrace, on the opposite side of the pool to the Villa, seating 6 its position is designed to appreciate the magnificent sunset views.
